Weekend Update

God is so good!

What a wonderful weekend we experienced at Evangel Temple in Lanett Alabama! The power of God hovered over each service and the altar was filled each night with hungry hearts seeking HIS face! It was such a joy to be able to minister in the church in which Pam and I served for over 14 1/2 years. Our girls were raised there; they were baptized in water there; our oldest daughter and son in law was married there; but most of all, the same anointing we experienced when we pastored there is still there moving among His people!

I was doing some research and found the name Alabama is a Choctow Indian name that means to cut a thicket. There is an apostolic anointing on the entire state of Alabama! God used Alabama to bring to focus the need for change in Civil Rights back in the 60's; and I am convinced God wants to use Alabama in paving the way for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the 21st Century!

Lord, let the fire fall!!!!
