Thank God For Grace!

We just finished a great week at Magnolia Assembly of God in the southwest portion of Alabama. God never ceases to amaze me at His goodness and His willingness to show up, even when I blow it!

Every service was different and marked by a distinct anointing of the Holy Spirit. Monday I had studied and prayed all day and thought I had heard from the Lord on what to preach, when during the worship God began to move so powerfully I thought we might be raptured at any moment.

When I began to minister the Word, I felt led to move to a different topic and scripture, but for some reason I got scared to follow; I know that's not good English, but when you are in that situation, and unless you HAVE been in that situation, you really don't know how you would react!

I am saying all this just to say; even when you blow it (and don't do it out of rebellion) God still comes through! The altar service that night was sweeter (to me) than any other night!
