National Evangelists Conference

We have just completed two days of meetings at a gathering of evangelists from all across the country. We even had a brother show up from Kenya that was in the states to get information on furthering his education.

You never know how much you have put out spiritually until you have the opportunity to sit and receive…and you receive and receive…

The theme of the conference was Empower 2006: Back To Pentecost. All the speakers had an assigned topic, but just like the Holy Spirit always does, He comes up with a common theme! And it was a word I have been hearing and preaching on the last few weeks: get back to intimacy with God!

I am convinced 2007 is going to be a year of an open heaven; (not because it rhymes with '07) but the open heaven will only be experienced by those who are willing to lay down their plans and agendas and re-pursue intimacy with God! Don't think you are going to be able to live any way you want and do anything you want and still get to experience an open heaven from God! It will only come to those who are willing to enter into a fresh pursuit of God and God alone!

It must begin with us!
