Final 2011 Tuesday Thoughts

David Copeland December 27, 2011 1:28 pm

Christmas 2011 is now in the history books. It seems like just yesterday we were taking down the tree and preparing for Auburn to win the National Championship of American College football. They say time flies when you are having fun. Yes, I am having the time of my life; and I owe it all to Jesus!
I want to thank everyone for the giving and prayer support of Revival Now Ministries in 2011!

This has once again been the most successful year in the eleven year history of Revival Now. My heart is overwhelmed by over 5,000 people that we know of that gave their lives to Jesus during 2011; over 1,000 of those in the month of August alone. While those are not numbers that would compare to many evangelistic ministries, when you consider the average attendance of the churches Pam and I travel to are less than 50, that is a miracle number of souls added to the Kingdom of God.

Kenya continues to explode with opportunity for Revival Now. Pam and I are also expanding ministry opportunities in Nicaragua and in other nations that are sending a Macedonian call to come over and help us!

You can be a part of that expansion with your faithful financial support of this work. We are the first to admit, we are not the only ministry attempting to do a work for the honor & glory of Jesus. We know there are MANY ministries worthy of the support you give to them. Pam and I are VERY grateful for those of you who make Revival Now a part of your regular monthly support.

Many like to give a special end of the year offering to ministries. All gifts to Revival Now are tax deductible. In order to have your giving credited to your 2011 Tax Statement, your gift must be received by our office by December 31, 2011. You can also give securely online at http://revivalnow.org/give. Giving by Paypal is the quickest and surest way to make sure your gift is received by December 31.

To all pastors: we have dates available for U.S. ministry in 2012. We would love the opportunity to be with you and your congregation in a service, revival campaign, or a simple 10-minute missionary window to share the work we are doing in the nations. If any of these ideas interest you, feel free to contact me by email: david@revivalnow.org; or by phone at 706-773-1546.

The transitional season we are walking through will reposition us for a greater measure of the government of God to control our lives in 2012.  This will not happen by force; it will happen by us yielding more to the direction of the Holy Spirit.

We love you all and thank you for your prayers and financial support in 2011! May the fire of the Holy Spirit fall in your lives in 2012.

Happy New Year!
David & Pam Copeland
