Beauregard Revival Update

David Copeland April 6, 2008 6:04 am

We continue with our third week of meetings at Beauregard Revival Center in Opelika, Alabama. Services are at 10am and 5pm Sunday; Monday – Wednesday at 6 pm Central time.

I wasn't able to attend The Call in Montgomery, but I was able to watch most of it on God.tv's website. What an awesome event and a defining moment for Alabama and the nation!

I anticipate some negative reporting to begin to come out on how this is brainwashing young people, or leading them into some hypnotic trance….uuuuurrrrrrr!

But the proof is in the results; it rained more Friday night and Saturday than it has in two years in Central and East Alabama! Rain in the natural is always a sign of an open heaven and the blessings of God on a land! Drought is a sign of a closed heaven. 2Chronicles 7:13,14.

God's people still have the power to turn entire nations in different directions. Our power does not come through bombs or military action; it comes from the power of repentance and seeking the face of God!

2Ch 7:13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;
2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
