Are Tongues Biblical?

As I watch a discussion take place within a major American Pentecostal denomination on whether or not tongues is the initial physical evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Carl at Revival Blog has a post that places all the "tongues scriptures" in context and in one bundle. It would be a great outline to use for a message or a small group.
